Absences

If a pupil is unable to attend school for medical reasons, their parents / legal representatives must inform the educational adviser responsible for their year group.

All necessary information on how to report absences can be found in the parents’/legal representatives’ SMS account under My Files.

There could be found:

  • Required form to notify about absences

 We kindly ask parents / legal representatives to follow the procedures outlined in these documents to ensure that absences are recorded correctly and without delay. 

Please note that, except in cases of force majeure, permission may not be granted for the week preceding or the week following school holiday periods or public holidays (General Rules of the European Schools)
